One Month Intro Package - $560 (8 sessions)
If you’re new to the gym, feeling lost, or tired of the same boring routine this is a great program. Workout for a month and get back to the basics, learn correct exercise techniques and program design that you can implement yourself. Take what you learn and apply it to your own exercise routine in order to stay on track and make sure you’re headed in the right direction.
Soon to be Bride - 3 month program $1440
If you’re getting married soon and you want to look your best then it’s time to get to work! This will be one of the happiest and most memorable events of your life, so wouldn’t you want to look your best? Buddy Workout - $35 per person/per session

Having worked with dozens of clients with ms, we have been able to refine our workout program to address specific issues related to MS such as foot drop, muscular atrophy, and paresis. Each MS specific workout program is unique to the individual and designed and adjusted to meet your specific limitations. Your workout will primarily focus on building muscular strength and endurance, increasing flexibility, and improving balance.
